Congratulations to everyone who competed in any event over the weekend.

From the C2K team, Cav Junior performed really well in the 3 BMX motos in Nuneaton to qualify top 8 from around 40 riders and make the final where he finished a superb 5th place.

Sue hit the target of a sub 60minute run in the Lichfield 10k and Dave had a great race at the Derby Triathlon finishing 16th in age group although hampered by a puncture on the bike leg.

Quick update on todays competitors, Dave suffered a puncture on the bike leg which delayed him but still finished, waiting on result.

Elliott is through to the final later after good performances in 3 moto's and not heard from Sue yet!

A big weekend coming up, 3 of the C2K team (Dave, Sue and Cav Junior) are off competing on Sunday, Taine and Running Form will be at the Lichfield 10k and we have some great new winter clothing that has arrived plus loads of bikes heading out the door to new homes to show you.
