We supply - Re-enactors, Theatres, Museums, Private collectors, Heritage groups and Historical societies. TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Please read them carefully as there are a number of changes (from our previous versions) . By ordering and paying a deposit on any item(s) sold by (Stitch and Cobble Emporium) you are enter into a binding contract with us, irrespective of how the order is made whether face to face, by letter, online, by telephone or email.

2. After the payment of the deposit, you have the current 'cooling off' period to decide whether to go ahead or not, this stands at 15 days. If you change your mind, we will return your deposit in full and cancel your order - no questions asked. Any personal details you entrusted us with at the time of your order will be destroyed.

3. No work will begin or materials purchased until the 15 days 'cooling off' period has passed.

4. After the 'cooling off' period is complete, with no word from you, we will presume you wish to go ahead. At this time materials will be ordered/purchased in readiness for your bespoke/handmade order to commence and your deposit will no longer be refundable.

5. Once cutting commences on your order you may not change any part of it.

6. Please note the prices on the website are for the basic product without any personal preferences included, in all probability your quote will be different once your preferences have been agreed upon. Once a firm quote has been given, it will not be increased at any point, unless you make any significant alterations before cutting begins.

7. On completion we would expect you to pay your balance within 7 days, as previously mentioned on your original invoice. Until the balance is paid your order remains the property of Stitch and Cobble Emporium.

8. We offer several methods of payment for your convenience, however our preferred methods: PayPal or bank transfers are wholly compliant with GDPR.

9. Visits for collections are strictly by appointment only. Alternatively, we are happy to send your order to you via Royal Mail, there will be an additional cost for this service.

10. After our business is concluded with you, you may ask us to remove any sensitive information you entrusted us with during our mutual contract.

11. Please note this company is not VAT registered. Corona Virus In addition to our normal terms and conditions regarding delays due to circumstances outside of our control which include: act of God – floods etc, illness of staff, restricted availability of raw materials and Corona Virus including Long Covid symptoms. Production may be halted without warning. Wherever possible we will notify you of any delay. This though may not be possible to do individually so we ask that you keep an eye on our page for updates. We are a small company with only 3 members of staff. Our hours may also be different during this time,

I know that these are hand made, so with that in mind what price would people be willing to pay ? I’m looking at somewhere in the £175 brackets but that could go up or down a little depending upon interest
