We don’t need to buy mass produced products to enjoy Christmas - just buy one quality, hand crafted gift to support handmade and continue artisan trades.
My giftwrap is designed by me, printed using traditional litho print processes by my partner Adrian at The Lavenham Press using vegetable based inks with no nasty coatings or glitter! It’s from well managed forests and is 100% recyclable or compostable!
My gilding work uses techniques I’ve learnt from calligraphy workshops - passed down from calligrapher to calligrapher going back I suspect to ancient Medieval manuscripts.
It’s not just a piece of gift wrap or just a bit of art… it’s time, skill and tradition. We should hold on to these values and keep them alive for future generations to come!

🍋🍋🍋LEMON GOLD LEAF🍋🍋🍋 Really dodgy time lapse of my latest lemon gold leaf and Firecrests Maxi Guilded Print - soon to be framed and available at Sadly I did this using slow mo! 🙈 So it’s been through iMovie twice to speed it up and had quite a big chop up! Hope it gives you the idea! I really love this Lemon Gold with my new Firecrests image! 🤩 Chaffinch with Rose Gold coming soon…

🐝🦋FLOWERS & INSECT FRIENDS🦋🐝 Day 24 with Todays prompt is perfect to showcase my pollinators range - Honeysuckle with Bees and Cottage Garden - a rainbow ombré giftwrap showing a whole border of flowers with complementary butterflies in between! Both available as cards and gif wrap. As a working gardener and allotment holder I know the importance of these little fellas and sadly have noticed a decline in their numbers over the years! It’s heartening to see so many new projects to save them both globally and locally - like not grass cutting some of the village boundaries and supporting wild flower areas! I’ve already seen loads of bees and butterflies this year - so let’s hope that’s a good sign! 🐝 🐝 🦋
