Hi, I am Sara Lois, multi-award winning, Welsh contemporary jeweller, originally based on the Llŷn Peninsula, now based near Caernarfon in North Wales. With a purposeful disregard for trends, I create bespoke, contemporary jewellery, with a focus on engagement and wedding rings. My unique jewellery is designed and hand finished in North Wales. I am a graduate of Product Design and Business and it

was here where my passion and talent for designing and creating products with purpose, jewellery in particular, emerged. It was also here where I equipped myself with the skills to become a digital Jeweller, combining traditional hand tools with digital methods such as Computer Aided Design and 3D printing. My journey during and after University took me to numerous jewellery companies across the UK - experiences that allowed me to truly understand the industry and evolve my design style. My signature style is contemporary, simple, understated and defined by clean lines and an ethos of less is more. My vision is to design and create utterly unique jewellery that hold personal meaning to you. Jewellery which perfectly expresses your style or celebrates a special event or memory. Jewellery that lasts a lifetime. I am inspired everyday by the individuals that come into my workshop. I am fortunate enough to get to know each and every one of you, your values, shine a light on your personality and let your story sparkle through the creation of a piece of jewellery exclusively for you, forever. Wales is my home and my heart. I am surrounded by dramatic scenery, steeped in romance - providing the perfect inspiration for my jewellery designs celebrating true love stories.

Congratulations Geoff & Laura 💙 We used the central sapphire from Laura's Grandmother's ring (last photo), replicated a similar style, added new metal and new side diamonds to create Laura's new engagement ring.

Love the colour zoning on this sapphire, paired with a pear diamond. Another small blue sapphire to represent El Salvador/Scotland and red garnet to represent Wales set on the inside. Congratulations Harry and Bella, see previous post for the proposal 💙

Love the leaf detailing on the underside of this one 🍃 This ring received a yes whilst I was away last week, a show stopper of a central oval with side marquise diamonds in yellow gold

Such a lovely pair of wedding rings for Sam & Ellie 🍃
Both had the date of their wedding engraved on the inside and hers had a variety of diamonds, green sapphires & green tourmalines, with one blue sapphire & one blue topaz to represent the couple's birth stones.

The starting point of Ilan's ring - swipe to the end to see the bonus item created.

We used his Dad's original yellow gold wedding ring, slicing out the middle section, making sure to keep the original hallmark, and soldering it between two new platinum rings, to create a nice chunky new ring more to Ilan's taste but keeping the sentimental connection. Ilan was also keen for his sister to have a piece of their Dad's wedding ring, so we melted down the remaining pieces to create a new necklace 😊
