Definitions
‘Quacking Crafts’ refers to
the seller who is offering the goods for sale.
‘The Contract’ shall mean by making a payment for goods you enter into the agreement as set out below
‘The Consumer’ and ‘you’ shall from this point refer to the person and/or persons with whom the contact is made
‘The Goods’ shall mean any item purchased from Quacking Crafts by ‘The Consumer’
1) By making payment for goods advertised, the consumer is entering into a contact of purchase with Quacking Crafts and therefore you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below, unless agreed in writing by both parties.
2) By accessing www.facebook.com/quackingcrafts you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions

4) We reserve the right to amend, change, modify these terms and conditions without notice.
5) We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Any orders already made will be honoured at the agreed price and will not be affected.
6) Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude postage.
7) Access to our websites may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time and without notice, at the discretion of Quacking Crafts
8) Quacking Crafts shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of information in this website.
9) Payment for goods purchased, should be made via PayPal or in person. The buyer can use their own Paypal account or any credit/debit card to complete the transaction.
10) Quacking Crafts has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of all the information contained in all given websites, but cannot accept responsibility for loss or inconvenience caused to the buyer as a result of the information provided.
11) Where copyright is required for personal requests, it is the responsibility of the buyer to obtain the correct permissions for any work they would like designing/producing. Quacking Crafts is not responsible for obtaining copyright permission for individual requests.
12) All images, text and items advertised on the above websites are property of Quacking Crafts (unless otherwise stated and the designer credited) and as such must not be shared, reproduced, resold, copied or edited by anyone other than the seller.
13) Due to the handmade nature to the products, there may be some slight variations in each design, such as (and not limited to) colour, size, shape, design and texture. The consumer should understand that due to variances in different computer displays, the colours and textures or a product may vary.
14) Every effort shall be made to ensure that your goods arrive with you in the condition they were sent. However, due to some things being beyond our control, Quacking Crafts cannot accept responsibility for damage/delay/non delivery due to the following;
a) Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident
b) Strikes or industrial action
c) Power failure or breakdown of machinery
15) You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving your confirmation by contacting us in writing via facebook messaging service or to the registered address above. You are entitled to cancel your contract after you receive your confirmation by providing us with written notice within 14 days of receiving confirmation. Should you wish for your goods to be made sooner than the 14 day cancellation period, you can do this by putting in a written request. This will end your cancellation period, and you will no longer be able to cancel.
16) Should you have any comments, concerns or complaints regarding our service or goods, please contact us directly in writing.
17) As always reviews are very much welcome, however if you have negative review of Quacking Crafts please refer to point 16 in the first instance. We will always to our best to ensure you are happy with the service and goods. RETURNS POLICY
1) Refunds may be offered if the goods;
a) have been damaged during delivery
b) are in a faulty condition
c) develops a fault within 14 days of delivery
d) has been delivered to you in error
2) The goods must be returned to us and it be reasonably agreed that the goods;
a) have not suffered damage after delivery
b) have not been misused
c) are not subject to wear or tear
prior to any refund being issued by the seller.
3) Where the consumer requests a refund, in the first instance they should contact us in writing to [email protected] or to the above registered address. Quacking Crafts may request images to be sent prior to returning them item in order to understand the reason for return in advance.
4) Upon receipt of your return confirmation, the consumer must ensure the goods are returned promptly to the registered address above.
5) Refunds will be always made via the original method of payment.
