🏍️🎁 A BIG THANK YOU TO VALLEY COMMANDOS MC! 🎁🏍️

We’re absolutely delighted to share that Valley Commandos MC will be supporting ToyBox Project CIC shortly by organising a toy drive! ❤️

Their support will help us collect even more toys, games and books to give a second life to preloved items and get them into the hands of children and families who need them across South Wales. 🧸📚

Every donation makes a difference. Whether it’s a much-loved toy, a board game, a book or something brand new, your generosity helps us bring smiles to children’s faces while keeping perfectly good items out of landfill. ♻️

A massive thank you to everyone at Valley Commandos MC for getting behind what we do. It’s amazing to see different parts of our community coming together to make a real difference. 🙌

Keep an eye on our page for more details about the toy drive and how you can get involved!

❤️ Together, we can put more toys into the hands of children who need them.

Massive congrats to our amazing partners for being finalists in the GAVO - Caerphilly volunteer awards.

Caerphilly Uniform Exchange, Caerphilly Foodbank, Caerphilly Miners Centre for the Community, Salvaged Creations Wales, I-Make, CIC. Are all amazing at what they do, where it's a pleasure to work alongside them to support their communities.

Have a fab evening.
- James.

📢 A QUICK REMINDER ABOUT TOYBOX BOOKINGS 🧸

At ToyBox, we want to make sure as many families as possible can benefit from our service.

We’ve recently introduced a policy allowing families in need to visit up to 4 times per calendar year. We are now actively monitoring and enforcing this policy to ensure our limited appointment slots are shared fairly.

💛 Please do not share your booking details with friends or allow others to book visits using your details. Bookings must reflect who is actually accessing our service.

🤝 A message to our family support services and partner organisations

We know how important your work is in supporting families, and we want to help you reach as many children as possible.

Where possible, please book one appointment to collect toys for multiple children, rather than making separate visits for each family.

💡 Why not keep a small stock of toys in your office? By collecting toys in advance and having them ready to distribute when a need arises, you can respond to families more quickly, while helping us maximise our limited appointment availability.

One visit could potentially provide toys for five or even ten families, making a real difference to children whilst freeing up appointments for others.

The four-visit annual limit applies to families accessing toys for their own household, not family support services collecting on behalf of the families they support.

Thank you for working with us to make the best use of our resources and ensure ToyBox can continue supporting as many children as possible. 💛

Together, we can make every visit count. 🧸

💙💚 A HUGE THANK YOU TO HASBRO! 💚💙

We’re absolutely delighted to share that Hasbro has generously donated 400 brand-new toys to ToyBox Project! 🎁🧸

We’re looking forward to receiving them shortly, and we’ll be working closely with our allocated partners to make sure these wonderful toys find their way to children and families across our community.

Every donation makes a difference. These toys will help bring smiles, create special moments and give children the opportunity to experience the joy of play. 🥰

At ToyBox Project, we believe every toy deserves a chance to be loved, and we’re incredibly grateful to Hasbro Games for supporting our work and helping us make that happen.

Thank you, Hasbro, for being part of the ToyBox family! 💚

Cancellation for tonight at 7:24pm. Book the slot via the website.

13/10/2026

We have been very quiet tonight with those collecting toys. This is strange considering we are fully booked.

As we receive messages daily asking for an earlier appointment, if you can't make your appointment then please cancel/rearrange your appointment via the link that is on your booking confirmation email.

UPDATE. BOXES ARE ALL ALLOCATED. THANKS EVERYONE!

As the demand for these bunnies is 10x more than what we were allocated, there are enough comments to ensure that the bunnies we do have will find a good home shortly. Please 'bear' with us whilst we work through the requests.

Hopefully we get some more bunnies in the near future...............
Well, we may have a few thousand brand new Peter Rabbits which we will need to rehome pretty quickly.

Thanks to Cadbury Dairy Milk for thinking of us for the brand new soft toys instead of putting them into landfill.

180 bunnies per box. Get in touch by emailing our ops manager, Donna, on [email protected] to submit your request.

Note.... These are NOT available for fundraising for schools or community groups. They have to find their way into the hands of disadvantaged children.

Update....
1. We are currently gathering interest and will reach out shortly. We are prioritising services which directly support families in need. This includes food banks, services like Caerphilly Uniform Exchange, council services etc.
2. We are keeping a box or two back for the families who visit our warehouse. Families who would like a bunny or two, please book in via our website. I am sure we will have left when you arrive.
3. If we can get more, then we will announce this via facebook. Keep checking back, or better, follow our page for updates!
