Hey you lovely lot.
I have been quiet for a while.
I wanted to make and release my wonderland collection but I just haven't been well enough.
As many of you know. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis last year.
I was told I've probably had it for over 5 years. But my body has finally given in. It's left me in a really bad flare up and I've not been able to make properly for months. I now walk with a walking stick, and often only manage half a morning before I have to go back to bed.
If anyone sees me out and about, it's because I've actually been resting for hours beforehand so that I have the energy for the school run etc.
I was meant to have an operation last summer that I'm still waiting on, and next week I find out if I'm having both my hands operated on too.
I've gotten to the point where I am burnt out. Physically and emotionally, and instead of trying to make products, or keep you hanging on from month to month. I've decided to take a permanent break. I'm not saying forever, because I love what I do. But to take the pressure off myself, this is Goodbye for Now, from Cariad Baths.
