The weather may have been horrendous today but it didn't stop the bargain hunters at Waste Not Want Not Charity Warehouse Open To The Public

We aren't in the habit of having sales all the time but we need to clear stock make room for all the new stock and we have been emptying our previous storage depot. So making the most of this, we have the following deals for today, Friday.

Due to the expansion and popularity of our team at Waste Not Want Not Charity Warehouse Open To The Public we are looking to recruit another member of staff for our Warehouse.

The Vacancy

FULL TIME (37.5 HOURS PER WEEK) WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT/DELIVERY DRIVER AT OUR CHARITY WAREHOUSE ON PENYFAN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, OAKDALE NP11 3AA As the role involves carrying/moving of heavy furniture, it will require physical strength (Manual Handling)

We are seeking a full time Delivery/Warehouse Driver/Assistant to complement our existing team. Duties will include:

Delivery and Collection of Furniture so a clean driving license essential preferably with experience of driving a larger vehicle.

Sorting and movement of donations within our warehouse. Loading and unloading of furniture on the van.

Some DIY skills to do running repairs on furniture where needed.

Good teamworking and communication skills.

The position is based at our warehouse in Penyfan Industrial Estate Oakdale NP11 3AA.

Flexibility essential and some weekend working may be required to fulfill the demands of the Warehouse.

Salary negotiable

If you've visited our Waste Not Want Not Charity Warehouse Open To The Public store in the past week you will have spotted that we are revamping it. We have a fantastic new children's department and our clothing is on the move. We were extremely busy this past week and we didn't get to finish what we are doing and as a thank you for your understanding and patience, we have decided to keep the £2.00 clothing sale going and add footwear into the mix at £1.00 a pair. The sale will run till next Sunday 25th January. So if you missed the sale this week, you have a second chance.
