💨 V**E TAX UPDATE — CAERPHILLY V**E SHOP 💨
If you don’t v**e, this post probably won’t interest you.
I v**e, my wife v**es, along with around six million other people in the UK, so the upcoming changes to v**e tax are going to affect a lot of people.
I think there’s a little bit of confusion around the new v**e tax and how it’s going to work, so I wanted to clear things up for our customers.
The new v**e duty comes into effect on 1st October, but stock purchased before that date can continue to be sold at the usual price during the transition period, up until 31st March 2027.
Obviously, there will be shops that introduce the increased prices straight away from October — but Caerphilly V**e Shop won’t be one of them.
We’ve invested heavily in stock to make sure we’re covered for the full six months.
That means our customers can continue buying from us at our usual prices right through until 31st March 2027, with the new v**e tax pricing not being introduced by us until 1st April 2027.
It’s been a significant investment, but looking after our regular customers and keeping prices as low as possible for as long as possible is important to us.
