One of a kind....
Pink rosebud hand smocked dress. 🌹
This hand made cotton dress has piping detail to the peter pan collar, the bodice and the cuffs of the puff sleeves. Classic style with wide sash to make a big bow. There are 3 tucks added around the very full skirt so it can be made longer by 3 inches if your little one has a growth spurt by taking them out.
