5 mins making a reel followed by 2 hours of elaborate sand castle making. Unbelievably lucky to live where we do and even luckier I get to be mummy to this little cutie ❤️

Anyone else feeling stitched up?!

I know, I know… before anyone starts typing, I’m incredibly grateful for the women who fought for our rights. Absolute legends. We wouldn’t be where we are without them.

But… did nobody think to negotiate a few terms and conditions? 🤣

Because somehow I’ve ended up with the privilege of going to work, paying all the bills, remembering every birthday, knowing what size shoes the kids wear, gardening, finding the PE kit that vanished into another dimension, cooking every dinner, doing the washing, and being the designated person who knows where literally everything in the house is.

It’s less “having it all” and more “doing it all.”

I swear somewhere a Victorian lady is watching me from the afterlife, sipping tea with her feet up, thinking, “Oh sweetheart… you’ve been absolutely stitched up.” 😂

Anyway, I’m off to answer 17 emails, put a wash on, wonder what’s for dinner, and forget why I walked into the kitchen.

Girl power… but also, girl nap. 🫶🏻🤣

Seriously where has the sun gone…. It’s freezing here today on the Norfolk coast!

Just a little reminder… I’ll only be doing one Post Office drop a week until the end of the summer holidays so I can soak up as much time with my youngest as possible before he decides his mum isn’t that cool anymore. 🤣🫶🏻
