Time for some detail...
So much for the massive celestial events of last night, we'd like to swap that for some tiny details.
When Janine makes a dried flower wedding buttonhole, we aren't just talking a thistle and a couple of sprigs of heather. We're talking carefully balanced colours and textures in intricate detail that celebrate the minute beauty of dried flowers.

Ancient text in the 21st century.
A recent addition at Willow, these fascinating and highly original stainless steel rings are made by local artists at 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Trossachs Print & Engraving in Abefoyle. They feature inscriptions in Ogham, an early medieval form of writing used in Ireland & Scotland.
Each of the 13 designs bears the name of one of the 13 lunar months in the Celtic tree calendar, with the old Gaelic name for each tree transcribed in Ogham. Do you know which is your Celtic birth tree?

Feeling blessed...
Back to the shop today after our day off. Can't help but feel pleased with what we've created with the shop and feel lucky to spend the day in such a relaxing place .

I don't know which airhead at Stirling Council decided to close the main road into Callander from Glasgow for the duration of the Glasgow Fair Fortnight, it might even be the same one who decided it wasn't worth consulting with Callander businesses, or even warning them it was going to happen.
For many Callander businesses this is the busiest two weeks of the year. Perhaps not this year, though.
Thanks Stirling Council, thanks a bundle 🙄

Love orchids?.. so do we, and Orchid Myst is like a magic potion for them. We feed our Orchids with this in between flowering. This is one we've had at home for two years and the results, as you can see, speak for themselves... bigger, brighter, longer lasting blooms, again and again.

Peperomia..... lots of varieties, lots of beautiful leaf patterns, and very ready to look after. No wonder they're so popular!
We have a lovely selection of mini peperomia at the moment, and some gorgeous, larger, Peperomia 'Hope'. Is it time to add more green to your space?
