Before the finished piece comes the quiet part — fabric, thread, a little patience, and lots of time at the sewing machine.

There’s something so satisfying about watching a simple piece of fabric slowly turn into something useful and beautiful. 🥰

✨ A productive Bank Holiday weekend ✨

I popped into my local haberdashery and couldn’t resist picking up this gorgeous fabric — and I’m so glad I did! 💕

I’ve spent some of the weekend turning it into this beautiful handmade quilted book sleeve, complete with a sweet matching strap. 📚🌸
