These buffet beauties have just left the building for a local business 🤩

A few pesto cheese straws (nut free) and lemon and raspberry gluten free cupcakes headed to the shop! Very limited number so don't hang about 😬

If you've ever doubted whether I eat my own products here I am yesterday having one of our ham and cheese ciabattas 😛

After a morning of running around (as per!) I popped into the shop with my family for lunch and you know what? There's nowhere I'd rather be than Jennifer Marshall sat in the little window seat watching the world go by!

Sandwiches, iced drinks, coffee and cake...James my son couldn't even finish his huge pastry 🤣

The AC is on so why not pop in today for your lunch, our Toasted Sandwiches are going down really well...just saying 😜 As my son said the melted cheese makes all the difference 😋

has been tweaking and adjusting our laminated pastries. We also received a new delivery of a top quality laminated butter so we wanted to give it a try.

It takes practice and patience, perseverance and lots more practice to get these amazing results.

Our laminates pastries are Delicate enough to catch your eye, but made to be eaten, not just admired. Each layer is patiently folded, rested, and baked into fine crisp layers.

For us, beauty isn’t decoration—it’s the result of careful craftsmanship. And flavour will always have the final word.

Beautiful to look at. Even better to eat.
