Hi everyone. I hope you all had restful holidays and started the 2018 well.

I have started the new year with a very different alteration job from the norm! Bought my 4yr old wellies which I thought were lined but they weren't. I was a bit upset but hey ho these things happened.
Looked online for wellie socks but couldn't find any that I liked and would have taken a while to arrive ( little miss bossy needs to take them into school monday).
Took it upon myself to make the wellies socks instead, she chose a red fleece she found in my endless stash of fabrics and hey presto! Little Miss Bossy boots has new warm wellies boots!!!!

Trouser zip fixed. Job well done I must say .

It is the end of another school year and of course we acknowledge the probably tired by now teachers for putting up with our kids all year. My 4 yr old is quite spirited 😁
My kids insist (every year) that I make bags for their teachers so they can carry their books and lunches. So here's one of 4 🤗
So my 4 yr old loves her nursery teacher who is called Mrs Cook. She still insists that Mrs Cook cooks dinner at school - very hilarious!!
Just to keep with her sense of humour she chose the African pot print that I had to make a pocket . I rest my case!!!
Ps. Mrs Cook will not be having the cooking sticks 😄
