• SOURCING: Contact us via WhatsApp, Email or DM on social media to discuss your shopping requirements, we then SOURCE for the products you need directly from UK retailers, Brand owners or Manufacturers, where possible, we negotiate bulk discount on your behalf. We send to you a QUOTATION once you are happy to proceed, we INVOICE for the goods and you MAKE PAYMENT to us either in Kenyan Shillings (KES) or Great Britain Pounds (GBP).
• SHOPPING: Once you have made payment, we BUY the goods on your behalf from various supplies, brand owners or manufactures. Once we receive everything in our UK depot, we CONSOLIDATE all items into fewer boxes.
• SHIPPING: We send to you a PRO-FORMA INVOICE for the SHIPPING COSTS so that you can decide whether to send goods by express AIR Cargo which takes 7-14 days or by SEA Freight which takes 6-8 Weeks. We DISPATCH the goods per your preferred option. Shipping costs are paid on delivery.
• DELIVERY: We keep track of the shipment and once goods arrive in Kenya, we facilitate customs clearance. Once the goods are ready for delivery, we NOTIFY and provide you with the SHIPPING INVOICE. You PAY for the shipping costs in Kenyan Shillings (KES) or Great Britain Pounds (GBP). We DELIVER to your hands or collect in our showroom at Rosslyn Riviera Mall, Limuru Road, Nairobi.
☘️ AIR & SEA FREIGHT: Shipping Options
Shipping is charged by weight in Kilograms (KG), and are weighed based on the Actual weight or Volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
• AIR: GBP7.50 SEA per Kilogram (KG) + GBP20 per shipment. Weekly dispatch, every Thursday. 7-14 Days after dispatch. Shipping weight in kilograms (KG) charged based on Actual or calculated Volumetric weight of the shipping box. A small fee is charged to deliver to your hands across Kenya or you can collect for FREE from our showroom.
• SEA Freight: GBP2.95 per Kilogram (KG) + GBP20 per shipment. Mid and end month, 6-8 Weeks delivery after dispatch. A small fee is charged to deliver to your hands across Kenya or you can collect for FREE from our showroom.
* Dangerous Goods, Hazardous Material and Prohibited items: We have vetted for freight forwarders that follow IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (IATA DGR) Kindly note that some goods cannot be shipped by AIR shipping or might need special clearance. As our service is personalised to you, we shall guide you through all the restrictions but kindly note some items might incur an extra charge for example phones, laptops, anything containing lithium batteries etc.
* Fragile products: We can arrange and prepare packaging and box cages that meet ISPM15 International Standards for fragile goods for example, TVs, computer systems, cars, industrial parts, military cargo, monitors etc that require special shipping cases.
