Medieval churches can be very cold in winter but when it gets warm outside in summer, they can provide somewhere cooler, quiet and peaceful to sit for a few minutes. Our church should be open from 9.30-4.30pm each day this week - do stop by if you need somewhere cooler to sit for a while.

REMINDER ☀️☀️☀️☀️

Good morning as we are nearing another heat wave , just a reminder to be extremely careful, keep out of direct sunlight 1-2 days before waxing , the skin is extremely delicate and can tear and burn easily, if you are sunburned on the area to be waxed i will not be able to treat you .

After waxing avoid being in the sun up to 48 hrs after and always use SPF 50

Massages may need to be rescheduled do to the pod being too hot and you will feel uncomfortable, therefore not giving you the relaxing experience.

It has improved so much , so I will be ok but will stagger treatments accordingly

Ok so my back didn’t hold for full leg today , so did half … just needs more time .

Update on my back , it’s a lot better however I will not being doing massage and full leg waxing as much over the next few weeks to ensure full recovery
