We’re on a roll with repairs this week! Here are a few more appliances we’ve managed to get back up and running for our customers.

🍽️ John Lewis Dishwasher
Customer reported that the dishwasher wasn’t cleaning very well. After testing, we found the heater was faulty. A replacement was fitted from van stock and the appliance was back up and working the same day.

🔥 Miele Dishwasher
The dishwasher wasn’t heating, so we diagnosed the fault and fitted a new heater, getting the appliance back up and running.

🔥 Neff Double Oven
The customer reported the oven was tripping the RCD. Testing identified a faulty main fan oven element. We replaced the element from van stock and had the oven back up and running the same day.

Another few customers happy to have their appliances repaired rather than replaced! 🙌

🔧 A couple of recent repairs completed by M&B! 🔧

We like to keep appliances out of landfill and saving our customers the cost of replacing them.

✅ Hotpoint Top Loader Washing Machine
Customer reported the machine wasn’t washing properly. After diagnosis, we found the heating element had failed. A new heater was fitted, and the machine was back to full working order.

✅ Bosch Dishwasher – E19 Error
The dishwasher displayed an E19 fault code, which was traced to a faulty heat exchanger valve. We replaced the valve, tested the appliance, and it’s now running perfectly again.

We carry a wide range of genuine and quality replacement parts, allowing many repairs to be completed quickly and efficiently.

💷 Repairing is often far more cost-effective than replacing, and we’re always happy to give honest advice on whether a repair is worthwhile.

🔧 Another appliance saved from replacement! 🔧

One of today’s repairs was on a 24-year-old Neff double oven.

The customer reported that the main oven was no longer heating. After diagnosing the fault, we found both the fan motor and heating element had failed.

✅ New fan motor fitted
✅ New heating element fitted
✅ Oven fully tested and back up to full working order

It’s a great example of why it’s always worth getting an appliance checked before replacing it. Older appliances are often built to last, and with the right repair they can continue to provide many more years of reliable service.

At 24 years old, this Neff oven is back cooking again and ready for many more family meals! 👨‍🔧

We’ve been out delivering and installing a range of new appliances for our customers, including:

✅ Two matching Indesit dishwashers supplied and installed for the Alzheimer’s Research UK office.
✅ Integrated Bosch fridge professionally fitted.
✅ Integrated Bosch dishwasher installed to complete another customer’s kitchen.

🔧 Hotpoint Washing Machine Repair – H2O Error Code Resolved! 🔧

A customer contacted us after their Hotpoint washing machine displayed an H2O error code, indicating a water inlet issue.

After diagnosing the fault, we found the problem was a failed inlet valve/dispenser assembly. A replacement assembly was sourced and fitted, restoring the machine to full working order.
