Colin & Paul have been busy today converting one of our customers Aga to Electric, using the eControl Series X kit. This kit gives the user reduced running costs, independent oven & hob control, faster heat up times and optional extras such as wi-fi compatibility, pizza plate, automatic grill & instaheat hob.

Colin & Paul have been busy today installing this beautiful Aga just in time for Christmas. Our clients Aga was completely dismantled and fully refurbished by us in Oyster enamel. We thank our clients for their cooperation today in complying with our Covid-19 measures so that we can continue to work and keep everyone safe. Dear Customers

From today we will be resuming routine Aga services. We have implemented measures to keep our engineers and customers safe.

Please read - COVID 19

We have implemented precautions to minimise the risk to customers and our engineers.

We will be:-

Washing hands before entry and on exit, or using hand sanitiser or wearing gloves.

Wearing a mask in some homes.

Sanitising tools between customer visits.

Asking you to remain in another room /garden and to maintain a distance of at least 2 meters at all times.

Unable to accept any kind offers of drinks or food.

We ask that Customers:-

Open windows at least 15 minutes ahead of the engineers arrival to provide ventilation.

Give access via the door closest to the kitchen and where possible leave open for the engineer to enter.

Strictly all occupants must remain in another room/garden while the work is carried out.

Wipe /sanitise the Aga before and after the engineers visit.

Where possible please pay by online bank transfer. If you need to pay by cash please place into a clear plastic bag or envelope to pass to the engineer.

If you or anyone in the home is unwell please contact us to re-arrange.

Dear Customers
Following Government instructions on 23 March 2020 we will be suspending all routine Aga Servicing with immediate effect. During this unprecedented time, we can only respond to emergency breakdowns and our telephone lines will remain open to offer advice and support to all our customers. We will maintain waiting lists so if your Aga is due it’s routine service, please do call or email and we will contact you once we are permitted to resume our business.

We apologise for this interruption to our service, but it is paramount we take the necessary actions to ensure our engineers, customers and the wider communities are kept safe during these difficult times.

We wish everyone the best and look forward to servicing your Aga’s again soon.
