Okay, we may have got a little carried away here...

We couldn't wait to see the new HPI D24 out on track, so we let AI do the honours instead. Smoke, noise, barrels, the works.

This is 100% not real footage, just us living out our drift fantasies while we wait for stock.

Basically this is what we WISH the D24 was doing right now. Reality may vary (but we reckon it'll come close).

Last round of the HUDY Series is here.

Saturday 5th September, up at Wheelspin Raceway. Brought to you by XRay/HUDY, and it's shaping up to be a good one to finish the series on.

New track layout as always, open tyre choice, and that triple-leg finals format that's made this series such a laugh all summer.

1:10 Buggy 2WD and 2WD Pre 2000 Vintage Buggy classes running.

Doors open 8:30, briefing at 9, first race off at 9:10. £15 entry.

Spaces are going, so get booked in if you want your last shot at the series.

There's standard RC, and then there's this.

One of our customers brought this blue rally Beetle in today and we had to give it a spotlight.

Honestly, we couldn't help ourselves.

Watching a build go from raw parts on the counter to something that actually turns heads, that's the best part of the job.

XRay have dropped the 2027 XT2, a proper update.

New 2.5mm chassis with better flex, widened rear section for more stability, plus a new brace and longer side guards for extra flex control.

Gearbox updated for the lower brace, motor mount dropped for a lower CG, lighter diff outdrives to cut rotational mass. New aluminium roll centre holder adds a third position too.

Solid medium arms front and rear, 3.5mm turnbuckles, 5.4mm ball ends. New carbon shock towers with lower mounting geometry, shorter shocks, and more range on ride height and droop.

Same XT2, just sharper.

The next generation of drift is coming..HPI Racing Stage-D10.

An all-new 1/10 RWD drift platform, RTR straight out the box but built for serious tuning once you're ready to dig in.

Three officially licensed Ford Mustang RTR Spec-5 FD liveries to choose from, straight from the Formula Drift paddock:

Each one comes with its own authentic livery on a fully factory-finished 5-piece polycarbonate body, plus a full LED light system running off the TF-51 transmitter. Headlights, grille lighting, tail and brake lights, the works, and each Mustang gets its own distinctive grille lighting to match its personality.

Underneath it's a revelation. Adjustable camber, toe, Ackermann geometry, wheelbase from 246-264mm, and over 100 motor positions to play with. Whatever your setup, there's room to make this one your own.

🏁 GRAND FINAL — HUDY SERIES ROUND 6. Saturday 5 September

Six rounds. One summer. It all gets settled on the 5th.

Round 6 is the last round of the series — 1:10 2WD Buggy and Pre-2000 Vintage, open tyre choice front and rear, seeded practice, three rounds of qualifying and triple-leg finals. Doors 08:30, briefing 09:00, first race 09:15.

🏆 And the tombola gets drawn on the day. Race 4 of the 6 rounds and you're in the draw:
