I was contacted by a lovely customer who had a very special chain that had originally been given to him by his nan many years ago. Sadly, the chain had broken, but rather than letting this sentimental piece go to waste, he wanted to see if we could give it a new lease of life.
We talked through the options, the pros and cons of working with the original chain, and together created a sentimental bracelet and two rings, allowing him to continue carrying a little piece of that special memory with him and for his cousin 🤍

It was an absolute pleasure to be part of this process and to help transform something so meaningful into pieces that can hopefully be treasured for years to come.

🔨 A LITTLE HEADS-UP… AND A LITTLE TEASE 👀

Now the school holidays are over, we’re going to be closed on Mondays during school term time.

The truth is… after a very busy summer, I’ve decided I probably should have at least one day a week where I’m not at The Puzzle Room😂

So Mondays are officially becoming my day to switch off, catch up on life and hopefully remember what the outside world looks like!

Next week is slightly different though…

We’ll also be CLOSED ON TUESDAY as we’ve got some building work happening behind the scenes. 👷‍♂️🛠️

And yes… it’s all part of getting ready for the next exciting thing coming to The Puzzle Room! 👀

So next week:

📅 Tuesday – CLOSED
🎉 Wednesday onwards – OPEN AS NORMAL

We’re keeping quiet on what’s coming for now… but there’s plenty happening behind the scenes. 😏🧩

We just wanted to let all our lovely customers know that RoTown will be closed from Saturday 29th August - Wednesday 2nd September 💛

We’re taking a few days away from RoTown for some very special family time, as our little boy is starting Reception! 🥹🎒💙 We want to make the most of those last few days together before this very exciting new chapter begins. Before we head off, we've got two final summer sessions for you to enjoy! ☀️

🔎 Thursday 27th August – End of Summer Back to School Hunt
⏰ 9:30am & 12:30pm session
🎁 Little prizes will be hidden around RoTown for the children to find!

🪩 Friday 28th August – Our Last Friday Disco!

💃 One final afternoon of dancing, music & fun!

Then we’ll be back Thursday 3rd September and ready for a brand new season of adventures! 🏥🛒☕️💇‍♀️

And while we’re talking about new beginnings….to all our little happy hoppers starting nursery, pre-school, reception or a new class this September, we’re sending you the biggest cuddles and lots of love! 🎒🥹💛 We hope your first days are filled with smiles and lots of exciting adventures! Trendy Tanya celebrates their 30th Anniversary 🎉

It's been great to welcome new independent local businesses to the centre - including Lock & Lustre jewellery and Doodle Darlings Tattoo moving into the Market Hall area. Plus, The Puzzle Room - Cannock and RoTown Role Play have established themselves as amazing places to meet up with friends and family.

But did you know that RoTown's neighbour, Trendy Tanya, recently celebrated their 30th Anniversary! This independent women's clothing store has always been a popular choice for locals to grab a new outfit from and they are welcomed by Keshav - who always has time to chat to you whilst you are shopping.
