FACTS- There is no fairy god mother, no genie, no rescue attempt or handsome prince on a steed scouring the earth to take us away from all our problems.

It starts and ends with you my love.

Now is the time for change. Now is the time that you start that hobby, now is the time to put your mental and physical health first, now is the time to step away from that career that you hate every damn day and do something you LOVE. Yes it’s scary, yes it’s challenging. But the lifestyle we have been sold as normal is far from it. Life should be for living, we should not be depleting ourselves mentally and physically to sustain a daily routine that brings us stress and anxiety.
