A Vintage 1915 Royal Artist - Bruno New York saxophone, coming to us after a long time of it being in storage and passed down. The customer wants it to be playable at a basic level for family and guests to have a go at playing it. The sax needed some TLC to get it playing to a basic standard but after just a few pads, a new spring and set up it is ready to be enjoyed. A joy to work on and bring back to life 🎶🙂👍🎶

If you are traveling via a vehicle please park on the street or parking spaces inside of the close if available. Our driveway is shared, this means blocking or parking on the driveway does cause the business issue's with neighbouring properties.

On street parking is free and has available spaces regularly to be used without causing obstruction.

A well used and loved flute, gold plated with a B-footjoint (open hole) with us this morning, we health check the instrument each year for the customer. This year a service is needed to address some playing issue's caused by regulation and some pads not seating quite right, now playing as it should. Keywork has been oiled to keep everything moving nicely, a joy to work on as always 🎶👍😊🎶

2 Trumpets coming out of storage to be used again by the school, they had a variety of needed repairs. A New valve spring, corrosion removal from valve surfaces across both, a decent clean out of the valve housing's and more. Both playing as they should now and ready for a new lease of life 🎶👍🙂🎶

Student Flute with a few intermittent issues making it hard to play in lessons, the causes were from a simple weak spring to keywork binding. All springs checked and a few re-tensioned, the binding keywork was a simple fix with micro filling to create the correct tolerances. Playing as it should now with no issues 👍😊🎶

A emergency repair on this Euphonium today, they have a performance tonight and the water key assembly fell off during practise. Re-soldered back on to the instrument correctly and promptly while they waited, a very happy and relieved customer 🎶👍😊🎶
