I had a conversation last week , that even though we had to urge to sew the effort it took to take everything out and find needles and all the bits was a hassle and we just ended up scrolling. I’m determined to change that, there’s more doom scrolling than creative sewing in my feed and it’s bad for my anxiety- so now I’m making sure I’ve got some hand sewing in a bag next to me nearby that’s ready . Our time is so precious and it should be filled with quilting , knitting, crochet, collage, cooking, model making and so many other wonderful things - instead on scrolling.
