Looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
Location: Manston & Hersden (Dual-site role)
Hours: 20 hours per week, with flexibility required
We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Customer Service Assistant to join our team, working across our two sites in Manston and Hersden. This is a varied role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and a proactive approach to supporting both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Providing high-quality customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
* Handling customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
* Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks
* Maintaining accurate records and updating systems using Excel
* Assisting both sites as required, ensuring smooth daily operations
* Covering additional hours to support holiday and sickness absence when needed
Requirements:
* A full, valid driving licence (essential, due to travel between sites)
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Flexible and willing to cover additional hours when required
