Catching Lives Bookshop is a second-hand bookshop in the historic Crooked House building on Palace Street, Canterbury that is run by volunteers to raise money for local homelessness charity Catching Lives. Catching Lives Books is a second-hand bookshop in the centre of Canterbury, with two floors of fiction, non-fiction and antiquarian books, as well as CDs, vinyl and DVDs. All the proceeds from t
he shop go to Catching Lives, a charity which helps homeless people in Canterbury. The bookshop occupies 28 Palace Street, one of the most photographed building in Canterbury. The building is a delightfully skewed 17th century half-timbered building at the extreme end of Palace Street, with projecting jetties onto Palace and Kings Street. We always welcome donations of good quality books and we can collect large donations.
