A staircase where precision makes all the difference ✨

This stunning staircase has been finished with Roger Oates () Dart Ground Midnight in a 61cm runner, creating a striking feature from the first step right through to the existing hard flooring on the upper landing.

The runner travels up the main flight before reaching the quarter landing, where the design has been expertly mitred to turn through the angle while maintaining the flow of the pattern. From there, the runner continues up the final riser, creating a beautifully considered transition into the existing hard floor above.

The rich Midnight tones give Dart Ground a bold yet timeless appearance, while the woven design adds texture and character against the staircase.

Expertly fitted by Team Simon, with particular attention given to the mitred turn on the quarter landing. Maintaining the alignment and flow of a striped runner through a change in direction requires real precision, and the finished result speaks for itself.

It’s all in the details ✨

This beautiful ground floor has been transformed with Amtico () Spacia in Wilton Oak, laid in the elegant Large Parquet pattern across the hallway, kitchen-diner, utility and cloakroom.

The parquet has been framed with a single plank border around the perimeter, but it’s the additional 3mm Mirabelle Cream stripping that really elevates the design. Positioned between the parquet and outer plank border, the contrasting strip creates a subtle definition around the edge of each space and beautifully highlights the parquet pattern.

Wilton Oak brings a warm, natural wood look to the home, while the combination of Large Parquet, border and fine detailing gives the finished floor a much more bespoke feel. Continuing the same design across multiple areas also creates a seamless, considered flow throughout the ground floor.

Expertly fitted by Team Adrian, with the detailed perimeter work requiring careful planning and precision to maintain the parquet, stripping and border consistently across each area. A fantastic installation from start to finish.

At the top of the stairs, the customer opted for something a little different — three separate fitted runners across the landing rather than a fully fitted carpet. This bespoke layout allows the Roger Oates design to continue beyond the staircase while retaining the character of the surrounding floor and creating a really distinctive finish.

The realistic wood-effect design delivers the look of natural timber with all the practicality and ease of maintenance that laminate flooring is known for.

Expertly fitted by Team Ray, who ensured a flawless finish throughout both bedrooms. To achieve the cleanest possible finish, white scotia beading was selected to blend seamlessly into the existing skirting boards, creating a more subtle and refined appearance than a matching wood-effect trim.
