Twin Made Beginner Crochet:
Join me to master the art of crochet and how to create a Granny Square.
During the workshop you will pick two balls of wool and a hook and get started on a granny square. You will learn how to hold the hook and the yarn. How to do a slip knot, chain and double crochet and get started on a Granny Square.
Please bring a tote bag to take your work home in.
Carry on Crochet- Bring your own project or pick from the Twin Made Crochet patterns.
If you can chain and double crochet and want to make the leap to crocheting your own garments - then this is the class to you! I have designed a pattern which will made to your (or whoever you are making it for) measurements! Worked altogether this jumper pattern will be a really crochet game change! During the lesson we will note your measurements and get you started!
During the lampshade workshop you'll learn to make a 30cm drum lampshade. You will need a light cotton/cotton mix fabric, as it is easy to work with and always has great results.
Shirt/jacket
During this workshop you will make a made to measure shirt or jacket which has a gender neutral boxy fit, drop shoulders, short sleeved for a shirt and long sleeved for the jacket and popper fastening.
For the shirt you will need to bring 2.5m of a light weight cotton/cotton mix fabric.
For a jacket you will need to bring 3m of a medium weight fabric, such as a cord, denim or twill.
A week before the workshop please send your: Bust/Chest, waist and hip measurements - I have attached a guide. If you do not have a tape measure, please tell me what size you wear and where from.
If you have any questions about fabric choices, please ask. Before the workshop, please prewash the fabric on your regular settings, do not worry about ironing!
Reworked T-Shirt Dress
Join me to make a cute and unique dress.
You will need to bring 2 meters of a light to medium weight fabric and a t-shirt that fits you and you don't mind cutting up.
The dress will be a loose casual fit with frilly slee
