Having successfully run the Cardiff Bay Christmas Markets over a number of years, Production 78 Ltd. have now been approached by The Red Dragon Centre, a public leisure, cinema, restaurant and bar complex set in the heart of Cardiff Bay, to deliver a number of craft and gift showcase events throughout the year.
