Our wildflower plug plants and wildflower seeds are for sale all year round from our website: www.CumbriaWildflowers.co.uk

Our plug plants are grown from harvesting wild seed from a variety of native wildflowers. We use the seed to grow our plug plants and any surplus we offer for

That’s a wrap on this year’s seed harvest. 🌾

We’ve finished harvesting over 100 acres of wildflower meadows, collecting a wide range of native species including Yellow Rattle, Oxeye Daisy, Red Clover, Common Knapweed and many more.

The seed has now been cleaned, processed and is available to order on the Cumbria Wildflowers website for the 2026 season.

A big thank you to everyone who’s supported us throughout the harvest we’re looking forward to seeing these native species established in projects across the UK.

Steeped in history and rich in colour, Betony begins its long early-summer showcase now. Anglo-Saxons prized it as a cure-all, but today’s garden designers love it for its tidy habit and striking purple spires. Grown peat-free for strong, resilient root systems

Prefers full sun to light shade and thrives in well-drained, acidic to neutral soil. It’s a very tidy, well-behaved plant, making it just as perfect for structured garden borders as it is for wild meadows.
