Over the years, we’ve now sold more than 1,200 of these kits, completely not-for-profit, with one simple aim: to get more youngsters outdoors and discovering the joys of fishing.
For just £19.99, we’ve put together a proper starter kit containing the tackle needed to try several different methods of fishing; and, importantly, it’s put together by anglers, for the type of fishing youngsters will actually be doing locally.

These are strictly for under 18s, although parents, grandparents, relatives and friends are very welcome to purchase one on their behalf.
One thing we’re particularly proud of is that we choose the contents ourselves. A lot of cheap online starter kits are filled with tackle that isn’t particularly useful for UK fishing; and occasionally tackle that isn’t even legal to use here.
Ours is designed to give a young angler a genuinely useful starting point and enough variety to discover what kind of fishing they enjoy. 🎣
