We also like to deal with our customers directly on a day to day basis and to offer the best customer service possible, including a renewals and repairs service. For all these reasons and more, we are committed to making our bags in England in our own workshops, which are located in our old tannery building in Tannery Road, Carlisle, Cumbria.
