We really are a family business and here are 4 facts you may not know about Simon.
We get a lot of praise for our award-winning chocolate.
Those who know me well, know I never take credit for it.
My husband Simon is our Chocolate Artisan.
1. Heās completely self-taught, and a dedicated expert.
2. He develops his own secret special recipes. š¤«
3. His creations have won 7 national food awards in the past 3 years!
4. He expertly crafts every single bar and sweet by hand, singing his heart out through each batch. š¶
Like lots of others, weāre a neurodiverse family, and Simon often struggles to connect socially due to Aspergerās Syndrome.
But heās a beautiful writer of poetry, short stories, thoughtful words and often connects best that way.
He may be behind the scenes in our business, but without him, we wouldnāt have one.
