This Tuesday at Cumbria Wildlife Trust Gosling S**e Carlisle

Home Education Art and Craft Club. This week we are going to be learning about the hedgehog that live around the site and about the fantastic work the volunteer rescuers do to support them.

We'll also be getting a little arty with some hedgehog arts and crafts.

Another busy Saturday is upon us.

First up this morning we have the Carlisle Repair Cafe and Cumbria Clothing Collective clothes swap at Botcherby Community Centre. Come along find your next favourite outfit or get an old one repaired.

And this afternoon I'll be heading to Restore Carlisle for our fabulous Sip and Stitch social event. Everyone welcome, no booking required. Bring along any of your stitch based crafts and come join us for a cuppa and a natter.

So far we've had Crochet, Knitting, Cross Stitch, Embroidery and Needle Felting... What will you bring along with you? I love to see what you are working on.

And lastly to finish up the day, I'll be popping into Intro for the World Fun Fair Month celebrations with the fabulous Michelle Russell - author & illustrator The Activity Bus and Zoe Dance Ahead CIC

As one door closes, another one opens.

Today, we packed up all my art supplies and moved out of the little Wild Colour Creations Studio at Rebuild.

It's definitely been a bittersweet kind of today.

Without doubt, it's been an absolute pleasure to have my own studio for the last six months, a place to make art and host workshops.

I've met a whole bunch of lovely people along the way. Even making new friends for life. 💕

Even though it's sad to say goodbye, I'm very much excited for what's to come next.

I also wanted to say a huge Thank You to Emma and the Team at The Rebuild Site CIC for giving me the opportunity to be a part their fabulous community in Kingmoor. Everyone has been lovely and welcoming and I've genuinely enjoyed meeting you all.

And a great big Thank You to everyone who came to the workshops, popped in to say hello or donated craft supplies. I'm very grateful to each and everyone of you.

And thank you to everyone else who has like and shared any of my posts, it really does mean a lot.

Can't wait to see what happens next.
