Lately I've been thinking of my spirituality ..
Many people know my faith is strong but many times in my life I've asked why I go through more obstacles, pain and tears as do many others..
It's that question isn't it that many ask ..
I don't have or probably not know why but I think of the anxiety and depression I've had lot in my life .. It led to me founding and running support groups and meeting people and helping them more than myself..
I've found myself homeless and gained empathy and know money doesn't gain happiness..
I've found myself abused in every way but I founded and ran a women's group and regained confidence and self esteem along with support .. I've had many children whom I brought up some myself which was challenging but I did it against the odds ..
the challenges with ocean and her twin odin was probably most challenging as when one child is on life support but miracles hapoen with prayers and keeping the faith..
The death of my dad who was my wing man
Absolutely broke me but keeps saying in spirit keep the faith...
Along life challenges every day too ..
Buy above all my kids have taught me to live another day..
Smile every day ..
and its that that keeps me moving....love..
Love is the answer to everything..
It's also spirit I talk to every day to keep pushing me forward and to give me the strength I need .. So in my opinion everything is for a reason good and bad ..
We are here to learn and gain experience even though we may not have all the answers to the whys..
Just keep believing in yourself and therefore you can believe in others along the way and help them on thier path ..
And as always it's keeping the faith..
( I am writing a book called keeping the faith the spiritual way)..
