Our amazing Middle Cwtch is running the Cardiff half marathon tomorrow and is far too modest to share.

Journalling is simply writing your thoughts down. It's a way of giving yourself just a few minutes a day to reflect on your thoughts. We all have mental clutter at times, some more often than others, we have worries, fears but we also have hopes and dreams. They're equally as important in making us who we are but writing them dien simplifies them, gives you time to digest and explore your feelings more.

Grab a pen and paper and explore your mind.

Start with a blank page, just write your name, doodle, and let your mind start writing, you'll be amazed what comes to you, don't think about it at the time, just write and then come back to it once you've finished.
