Spirit Ball ✨
Handcrafted mouth-blown glass spheres ,closely related to what are traditionally called Witch Ball and have been used as decorative and protective objects for centuries.

The traditional belief was that these glass balls placed or hung in the home could protect the household from witches, evil spirits, curses or general misfortune.
A common belief was that the beautiful, reflective surface would attract or distract a harmful spirit. Once drawn to the ball, the spirit would become trapped inside.
The ball contains strands, bubbles or intricate patterns of glass, these features were sometimes interpreted as something the spirit would become tangled within.
Another thought is that the reflective surface repelled or confused evil influences.
They were commonly displayed near windows and doors, places traditionally regarded as vulnerable entry points into a home.

Modern spirit balls are now often associated with warding off negativity, protecting a space and bringing positive energy into the home.
