Some more from behind the scenes of Iona and Ben’s Thornham wedding, taken by the very talented and wonderful Ruth 🤍🕊️ before the ceremony and reception began…

I have had lots of questions around the mechanics for the designs here and am planning to do a separate post on this, but every vessel we used allowed the flowers to drink directly from water with chicken wire as a support system - no floral foam, and a combination of troughs, planters, buckets, vases, grave vases, ladder frames and more. When we moved various arrangements from the Church to the marquee we had pre-filled buckets of water to top the arrangements up following the short journey. The marquee was about 2 minutes drive from the church, and due to the short distance this made moving the flowers more feasible than usual - especially in the timeframe…but it was still a huge logistical operation !💧🌸🧚🏼 Xx
