Toms Lights Events We are an events service offering a variety of packages to make your event special. Please contact us Last year, I raised £3000 for charity.

These Christmas lights cost £6,000 to put up and £40 a week in electricity bills, but I believe they are worth every penny, because the rest of the street donates money for me to give to charity in return. Ive been lighting up my parents house in The Hennalls, Bromford since I was 14. One year I raised money for Macmillan charity after the death of my grandmother. This time around, I am donating funds to the Make A Wish Foundation, and I hope to raise even more. I have to start putting the Christmas lights up earlier and earlier each year as I get more and more. I absolutely love doing it. I love Christmas and I love raising money for charity. I urge people to come along, enjoy the lights and give a donation. It’s all for a great cause. Everyone is just amazed by my work. The community comes especially to have a look. They can’t believe how good it is. The front of the house takes the longest to decorate. I start thinking about the light display in August. A lot of planning goes into the switch-on event. I’ve got thousands of bulbs – you’re probably looking at 20,000 bulbs at least.
