So I’m back (for now). I’ve been very poorly and back in hospital, so now I’m trying to make myself do something I like.

I’ve managed to do some spinning with Enid’s (Kingshill Farm) Mr Tumble fleece and today spent some time relaxing (well it was harder than I hoped) carding some of Shirley’s (TT Creative Designs) fleece.

I made a mistake when I washed Shirley’s fleece and it’s felted, ( must of swished it about too much when I washed it) however I’ve worked hard this afternoon, carding some of it twice and now ready to spin tomorrow at Ayrshire Hand Spinners, Weavers and Dyers in Dalmellington (10-2).

Had an amazing day with Ayrshire Hand Spinners, dyers and weavers group.

Neilston show has been fab. Made some new friends and even taught a coo to spin.

Had a quick spin of some freshly clipped sheep by sheep game and even did a YouTube video with them...
