A very well attended AGM last night.
This was followed by Stuart’s Yorkshire quiz which needed a tie break question.
A mini workshop rounded of the evening with some old fashioned sweety necklaces to include in the design.

Flowers are an integral part of a wedding.
Emma requested “pink roses, not gypsophila but something similar, those lovely blue spikey flowers and long, floaty ribbons”
The result was a mixture of roses, eryngium, waxflower, lisianthus and the delicate floaty thlaspi.
100 bottles were expertly filled with water by Stuart. I filled them with an array of the same flowers which looked stunning when placed on the tables along with cream, slender taper candles.

This weekend’s workshop flowers have arrived. They are keeping cool and drinking lots of water.
A sneak preview reveals melange roses, dark saffina blooms and gold fever kangaroo paw. Hot colours to reflect how we are all feeling at the moment.
