Why are our shelves so empty?
If you've called into the shop and wondered where all the chocolate has gone... 👀
The answer is simple: you've bought it faster than we can make it!
To keep up with demand and ensure every order gets the attention it deserves, we've once again moved to Click & Collect.
We're still here, still making thousands of chocolates, and still taking orders... for now...just with a little more planning and a little less shelf stock.

Next Thursday, 8th October, we'll be participating in 'Twilight, Stones and Sweet Indulgence' exclusive experience, in collaboration with The Giant's Causeway and Basalt Distillery, as part of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council's 'A Giant Taste' programme!

Embark on a guided stroll down to the iconic Giant's Causeway, as the sunset paints the sky. Once night falls, return to the warmth of the Visitor Centre for a masterclass in flavour and chocolate indulgence.

Complimenting the luxurious chocolate tasting, James Richardson, Co-Founder of Basalt Distillery, will guide you through a tasting of the crisp, local notes of Basalt Gin, sharing the inspiration behind the distillery and the distinctive botanicals that reflect the character and heritage of the Causeway Coast, all prior to the finale of the evening...

Why attend one event in a day when you can attend two! 🍫❤️
Yesterday was a very long day, leaving home just after 7am and returning at 10pm, but it was also one of those days that perfectly captures what life as a small business owner is all about.
I started the day at the Shared Island Workshop Tourism Ireland
Discover Northern Ireland at the Everglades Hotel, connecting with people who share a passion for collaboration, tourism and creating opportunities to bring visitors to our wonderful corner of the world.
Then in the evening, I had the pleasure of speaking to Ballyrashane WI about The Chocolate Manor, sharing our story and our love of chocolate with such a welcoming group of women.
As an unexpected bonus, I was invited to judge the evening's chocolate dessert competition. Tough job, but somebody had to do it! 😂🍰🍫
The reality of running a small business is that the days can be long, but they are made worthwhile by the people you meet along the way. From potential new collaborators to loyal supporters within our local community, every conversation helps build something bigger.
Thank you to everyone who made yesterday so enjoyable. Now... who has the recipe for that winning dessert? 👀🍫🏆

Very much looking forward to the Shared Island Workshop tomorrow! It will be the first outing for my new Lenovo Thinkbook 14 2-1! Doesn't it look fab set up in presentation mode!
