Yesterday was the last Chandlers Ford Community Produce Craft Market unfortunately we have close due to lack of customers. This has been a combination of poor parking, at Fryern Arcade , the cost of living and decline since covid . The market has been running for 10 years at the Brownhill centre behind the Coop so we have had a good run. The centre has been very good to us and has help the market in many ways . I would like to say Thankyou to them and also Chandlers Ford friendly Neighbours for publishing our notices on facebook.
It would be nice if some other community minded people would like to take our place . Please contact the centre if interested for next year. I would to say Thankyou to the shopkeeper who put up our posters.
I would also like to say thanks to the market stallholders especially Jill,Karen,Denise,Francis,Pat and Lesley who started with me from the start . Also many others who have been with us over years
Thanks to everyone
Steve and Diane Allen
