Hello everyone! 👋🏼
It has come to our attention that there has been a bit of confusion about where we are located and who you're dealing with when you drop your devices off to us 😭
With this in mind we thought it was a good time just to remind you all where and who we are!
We are located at 21 Market Street which is NOT on the market place! (We know it's confusing 🤣) We are on the main road going up the hill, between Sutherland Reay and Ian Clucas Barbers. When visiting us please make sure you see our name and logo on the shop sign and door!📍
Another important thing to note is that the ONLY people you will deal with either on the phone or in the shop itself is Oliver, and sometimes Jade (but this will be a very rare occasion 😅). We do not have any other staff working for us so if you go somewhere to drop your devices off and you are told that Oliver isn't working that day or isn't around, you are likely not in the right place. We've included a photo of us both so you know who you're looking for!
We've had a few cases now of customers accidentally going to the wrong shop after speaking to us on the phone but not being informed they are in the wrong place until they call us for an update! 😭
We'd hate for anybody to end up leaving their important devices somewhere they didn't intend to so if you have any doubt about where to find us please do not hesitate to ask for directions! 📍
