Being a Sole Trader is so hard, its 24/7, you worry about the business, invoicing, banking, cleaning, customer experience, new lines, rotation, and deliveires. And the one thing we forget is healthy food and its easy to say your grab the quickest thing going. But over the year the weight and stress piles on, and your mood chances too. So....

Once a month I am going to be adding some parts about the business or my lifestyle, linked to the business and health that may inspire others to not feel the same, or alone too.

To start the mornings im binning cereal, white toast, croissants or that cheeky visit to Parsons / Tesco (because I didnt get up in time to sort a real breakfast)

I wont go far in to this, but mental health is affected so much by running a business on your own, people just dont get the hidden pressure of it all when your having to always give 100% to the day. You have to sort the work, family and school tasks at both ends of the day and its alot to keep going, at the end of the day its easy to say Fish & Chips or Pizza, but now you lost money and health, instead of making the time to home cook.

So this week is a start of making and prioritising health over quickness and over poor mindset. Making the right decisions at the important parts of the day. Drinking more water and releasing more positive energy

Today's Breakfast starts with Boiiled Egg, Spinach and Salmon. I used to hate salmon, but I hate putting on weight more, Heres to a better healthier mind and body.
