How gorgeous are these handmade bespoke wax melt wedding favours?

The amazing students at The Wash Club @ Thriftwood were approached by a member of staff to create a beautiful personal addition to her wedding day and they instantly set to work. They invited her in for a product consultation and managed the session all by themselves, gathering key information around colour, theme, fragrance, quantity and budget. With that in mind, we got together to design the perfect product - and they made every single one.

Here they are, very proudly on display at Jack & Leah's wedding - with peony flower wax melts and the most wonderful story behind how they were made 🌸

This week is Learning Disability Week and that feels like the perfect time to remember why here at The WashClub we do what we do. The latest statistics show only 6% of people with a learning disability are employed - but 86% want a paid job!

Together, we can start to change that! We work with amazing individuals providing work based training and employment opportunities. When you choose to buy your soap, candles and wax melts from The WashClub, you receive a gorgeous product but your purchase does so much more. The more we grow, the more people we can train and employ.
