I just love the simplicity of these jigsaw box lid holders. They were inspired by s yuksel take on the same thing. I’ll have afew at my stall at Hatfield peverel recreation ground tomorrow for party in the park 2026. These are made from reclaimed 1/4 sawn ash and I’ll also have some other decorative and functional makes made from retired Hatfield Peverel trees. Come along from 1pm to have a look and maybe even choose to take a make to take home that resonates with you.

Looking forward to bringing my wooden makes up to party in the park2026! Most of my makes use local wood- from mine and my neighbours (with permission!) gardens! This saves waste, keeps costs low and celebrates our immediate environment. Come along and see what can be with a spinning lathe, sharp gouge and some cunning!
