Love and nothing beats working with the team New Hall W**e Estate and I have been lucky enough to collect some retired vines post harvest today. These will be the new makes for 2027 once they’ve dried. A long wait I hear you mutter…. Not to worry! there’s some makes from previously retired vines already at the cellar door for you to choose a perfect gift to complement your especially from the vineyard where the vines and wines grew… who needs to pair with food if you can pair your bottle and bottle stopper!

I love making local and love New Hall W**e Estate for saving their retired vines ready to be made into and which can be found at their making waste into wonders!
