✨ Greenwood’s Hotel & Spa – Male Changing Room Complete! ✨

Another refurbishment completed, and what a transformation! 🙌

We’ve installed brand-new Amtico Spacia Safety Flooring in a classic herringbone design using the stunning Pampas colour. The warm tones work perfectly alongside the beautiful marble wall tiles, creating a fresh, clean and luxurious finish. 🤩

Working to a tight deadline, we completed the project with minimal disruption so the hotel and spa could continue operating as smoothly as possible.

Now it’s time to move on to the female changing room… stay tuned for the next transformation! 👀🔨

We installed Polyflor Expona Flow in Cool Concrete to all communal areas, delivering a seamless, contemporary finish. The offices and breakout spaces were completed with Polyflor Expona Commercial LVT in Limed Oak, adding warmth and style while maintaining durability for everyday use.

Another fantastic installation completed by R K Flooring Commercial.

From start to finish, this project included:

✔️ 8mm latex floor preparation
✔️ 478m² of Polysafe Standard Vinyl in Ash Grey
✔️ 456m² of Mohawk Rudiments carpet tiles in Teak 989

With just 10 days to complete the project, the team delivered on time without compromising on quality.

Well… what an installation! 🔥

A client came to us with one simple request: “We want all the carpet gone.”

We came up with a few ideas, but one stood out… let’s herringbone everything!

We installed Trusty Brampton Chase Studio Design Large Herringbone in California Oak, finished with a matching border and a sleek black feature strip.

Then the customer said…

“I want it on the stairs too!” 😅

Challenge accepted.

Using Stairrods Bendy Bulls, we completed the staircase to match the rest of the installation, and the finished result speaks for itself.
