You have 100 followers. What do you do next?

Let’s flip the usual thinking for a moment.

You don’t have thousands of followers. You don’t have a huge audience.

You have 100 people. What do you do with that?

👌🏼 Do you try to grow the number as quickly as possible?

👌🏼 Or do you focus on building something with the people already there?

Because 100 people paying attention to your business is not small. It’s a room full of people who have chosen to be there.

The question is what you do with that attention.

👍🏼 Do you speak clearly about what you offer?

👍🏼 Do you make it easy for them to understand what you sell?

👍🏼 Do you give them a reason to stay?

👇 Curious to hear your instinct… what would you focus on next?

One thing you can do today that might bring in a customer

If your instinct when things feel slow is to look for something big to fix it, this is your reminder that it rarely works like that.

Most of the time, growth comes from small moments. Small actions. Things that feel almost too simple to matter.

Today could be about reaching out to someone who has bought from you before. Or finally posting something you’ve been overthinking for days. Or talking about a product you haven’t mentioned in a while.

Not perfectly. Just honestly.

There’s often more opportunity in what you’ve already built than you realise.

You don’t always need a new strategy.

Sometimes you just need to show up again.

Save this for the days when you feel stuck and don’t know where to start. 🌱

Being busy isn’t a business model

There’s a version of running a business that looks very impressive from the outside.

You’re constantly doing something.

Always working.

Always moving.

But underneath that, there’s a question worth asking…

Is it actually working?

Because being busy can sometimes become a distraction. It fills the day, it creates momentum, it makes things feel productive — but it doesn’t always lead to growth.

A business that works isn’t the one doing the most.

It’s the one doing the right things, consistently.

Sometimes that means slowing down enough to notice what’s actually moving the needle. Sometimes it means stepping away from the noise and focusing on what’s simple, clear and effective.

Busy feels safe.

But clarity is what builds something sustainable.

Save this for the next time your to-do list starts running the show. 💭

What makes someone pick up a product in-store

Ever wondered what actually makes someone pick up a product when they walk into a store?

It usually happens in seconds.

Not minutes. Not after a long explanation.

Just a quick decision based on what they see and feel.

Here’s what often makes the difference:

✨ Clear, simple displays (not overcrowded)

✨ Products that are easy to understand at a glance

✨ A sense of curiosity, something a little different

✨ A price point that feels considered, not confusing

In physical retail, customers don’t read everything.

They scan. They notice. They react.

The brands that do well are often the ones that make things easy:

Easy to see.

Easy to understand.

Easy to buy.

It’s a good reminder that sometimes simplifying your product presentation can have a bigger impact than changing the product itself.

Save this for your next pop-up or retail setup. 🛍️

Let’s keep this simple.

What feels harder in your business right now?

💸 Getting consistent sales

💭 Staying motivated

There’s no right or wrong answer and chances are, most people are feeling a mix of both.

Running a business isn’t just about strategy.

It’s about energy, mindset, and keeping yourself moving forward even when things feel uncertain.

👇 Drop your answer in the comments or just have a scroll and see you’re not the only one feeling it.

You don’t need to be on every platform

Somewhere along the way, small business owners were made to feel like they need to be everywhere.

Instagram. TikTok. Pinterest. Email. LinkedIn.

Posting constantly. Showing up daily. Keeping up with trends.

But the reality is… you don’t need all of that to grow.

Most successful small businesses grow by doing a few things really well, not everything at once.

✨ Showing up consistently in one or two places

✨ Speaking clearly about what they sell

✨ Building trust over time

Being everywhere often leads to burnout. Being focused leads to growth.

If your marketing feels overwhelming, it might not be because you’re doing too little.

It might be because you’re trying to do too much.

Save this as a reminder that you’re allowed to simplify. 💛

If your business feels messy right now, do this ⬇️

If everything feels a bit all over the place in your business right now… pause. 🤍

You don’t need to fix everything today.

Try this instead:

✨ Look at your best-selling product

✨ Check your pricing (is it still working for you?)

✨ Post once, something simple and honest

✨ Write down your next *one* step

That’s it.

Not a full strategy.

Not a complete overhaul.

Just a small reset to bring things back into focus.

When things feel overwhelming, clarity doesn’t come from doing more.

It comes from simplifying.

Save this for the days when everything feels a bit too much. 🌱

Be honest… which one is you?

Running a small business can look polished from the outside…

…but behind the scenes, it often looks a bit more like this:

💭 “I haven’t posted in weeks and now I don’t know how to start again.”

💭 “I definitely underpriced everything at the beginning.”

💭 “I compare myself to other brands more than I’d like to admit.”

💭 “Some days I feel completely confident… other days I question everything.”

💭 “I’m still figuring things out as I go.”

The truth is, most small business owners are navigating all of this quietly.

There’s no perfect roadmap. No moment where everything suddenly feels certain.

Just people building something, learning as they go, and doing their best with what they have.

So… be honest.

Which one is you? 👇

5 posts you can use this week

If you’ve been staring at your phone wondering what to post… this is for you. 📱

Here are 5 simple ideas you can use this week:

✨ Show your best-selling product

Tell people why it sells so well.

✨ Share your story

Why did you start your business in the first place?

✨ Answer a customer question

If one person has asked it, others are thinking it too.

✨ Show behind the scenes

What does a normal day in your business actually look like?

✨ Talk about one product in detail

What is it, who is it for, and why does it matter?

You don’t need to overcomplicate your content.

Simple, clear, and consistent will always win.

Save this post for the next time you don’t know what to share. 💛
