To our valued customers,

As we move through a period of administrative transition, we are making some changes to our daily operations. Please take a moment to read our updated service process:

New Opening Hours: We will now be Closed on Fridays to allow us to focus on essential administrative tasks.

In-Store Repairs: We are no longer accepting new vacuum repairs (except for Handheld Dysons, which we will still take in). Please note that we will fully honour and complete all other repairs currently in our possession.

Home Engineer Visits: Our engineers will continue to attend repair calls at your home as usual.

Parts & Spares: * In-Stock: Spares currently in our shop are still available for purchase.

Special Orders: Any parts that need to be ordered must be paid for upfront. These will be shipped directly to your home address.

Please note: Disposal of all shipping packaging will be the responsibility of the customer.

🚛 New Machines:

We are still delivering and installing new machines.

Please note: While we will set up your machine, all outer packaging/boxes will be left with the customer for their own disposal.
